To enable the future Authority for online gambling to monitor and oversee online gambling operations, their specifications will require that operators implement a technical device that ensures archiving of gaming data such that the completeness, integrity and confidentiality of these data are guaranteed.

The ‘vault’ is designed to ensure all the operations taking place between the licensee, the gaming operator and its customers are stored on a server which is then encrypted and which cannot be accessed by anyone other than the ARJEL. The Regulatory Authority will have access to the vault so it can check all the operations that take place on the server.
